Zucchini Duo with Tomatoes, Bell Pepper, Seaweed, and Green Chilies

Wash the yellow zucchinis, remove the ends, and cut them into thick slices.

Wash the white zucchinis, remove the ends, and cut them into cubes.

Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems, and dice them.

Wash the bell pepper, cut it in half, and remove the seeds and white membranes.

Mix the two types of zucchini in a container and cut the bell pepper into small pieces.

Add the bell peppers and tomatoes to the container.

Add the seaweed, salt, and pepper, and mix well.

Rinse and dry the chilies. Heat the griddle, pour the contents of the container onto the griddle, add the chilies, close the lid, and cook for 5 minutes. Turn the chilies and mix the vegetables.

Close the lid again and cook for another 5 minutes. It's ready!
