Steps

Ground the green chillies and ginger. Take jowar flour, add freshly grounded green chillies and ginger. Add red chilli powder and turmeric. Add salt and curd.

Add water as needed. Mix it well. Cover and keep it for 8 hours. Take oil. Once oil is hot, start making bhajiya. Serve hot with chutney.

Tip - I use sour curd. You can use mild sour curd too.
