Steps

Wash 3 cups of white rice and leave in water over night.

Cook small amount of white rice separately and let it cool.

Mix together the soaked rice and cooked rice with little onion and blend.

Add yeast and cover the paste until it rises.

Add sugar and salt to your desired taste to the batter and a little baking powder

Put your fying pan on low heat and drizzle small amounts of oil, Pour in a bit of the mixture and cover for about 3mins and it's done.

Serve with sauce or honey and enjoy.
