Goes well with umpteen number of dishes including Chaats, Pakoras, Samosas, Rolls, Wraps and Kachoris.

Heat any cooking oil on a low. To this add, roasted cumin powder, asafoetida, a little bit of salt, red chilli powder and green seedless grapes. Cover and cook on a low heat until mushy and soft. Mash well with a masher.

It tastes yum. Khatti meethi chutney is lovely to look at as well as tastes awesome too. Try it out the next time you want to host a snack party or on family picnics and get togethers. It is just right for any occasion. Enjoy!

When cooled, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator and enjoy. Refrigerate it for best results. To make it last longer, you can freeze major part of it. Keep some in the refrigerator and use as desired. This way it stays good for months. Yum!
