Start by boiling milk. Add fresh cream. Mix and continue boiling. Next, add Kesar strands into the milk. Continue boiling till the milk becomes half the volume.
Next, add condensed milk.

Continue stirring and mixing. Next, go on gradually adding milk powder and mix it continuously so that milk powder gets homogeneously mixed.

Keep the heat very slowly and go on continuously cooking everything till the mixture becomes very thick and leaves the kadhai.
But remember to continuously stir, else the mixture may stick and burn.
Next, add a heaped tsp of ghee and give a nice mix. - 4
Next on a greased plate put the prepared mixture.
Next, take cashewnuts and put them randomly.
Now let the peda dough cool down.
Next after cooling, grease your palms, divide the peda mixture into almost equal portion and give peda shape. - 5
