Homemade mix vegetable tikki chaat

Firstly, pour 2 cup water in pressure cooker, then add all vegetable and 1/4 tsp salt.

Take 5 whistles. Drain off the vegetables to remove excess water. Cool out the vegetables completely.

Now mash the vegetables completely.

Add 1/4 cup breadcrumbs.

Additionally, add all dry spices, ginger,garlic,green chilli paste, fresh coriander, salt (to taste).

Combine well forming a dough. Add more breadcrumbs if there is too much moisture in vegetable mixture.

Now, greasing oil with hands, make tikki's.

Deep fry in hot oil, fry occasionally and fry to golden brown and crisp on medium flame.

(You can also roast in pan with less oil).

Take out from pan, cool completely, Take one dish and put 3 tikki, pour whisked yogurt, a tsp of green chutney and sweet imli chutney.

Sprinkle nylon sev and chopped onion.

Finally, it's ready to serve.
