
Grilled Pork Chop with Apple Chutney

Massage all sides of pork chops with dry rub right before grilling.

Grill at 400 degrees on direct heat for 3 minutes per side. Move to indirect heat and cook until the pork reaches internal temperature of 145 degrees (~10-15 minutes)

While pork is cooking, preheat pan to medium high heat.
Melt butter and sauté apples for 5 minutes until they start to brown. Turn heat down to medium and add all other ingredients and cook for 5-10 minutes. - 4
Top pork chops with chutney and enjoy!
