  1. 4pork chops
  2. Dry rub for pork
  3. 1/4 cupBrown Sugar
  4. 1 TbspSalt
  5. 2 tspPepper
  6. 2 tspPaprika
  7. 2 tspGarlic Powder
  8. 2 tspOnion Powder
  9. 1 tspGround Mustard
  10. 1/2 tspCayenne
  11. Apple Chutney
  12. 1 TbspButter
  13. 2 cupsDiced Apple
  14. 2 TbspDried Cranberries
  15. 1 1/2 TbspBrown Sugar
  16. 1 TbspApple Cider Vinegar
  17. 1/2 tspDijon Mustard
  18. 1/4 cupWater
  19. PinchCinnamon & Nutmeg
  20. 1/2 tspOrange Zest
  21. Salt and Pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Massage all sides of pork chops with dry rub right before grilling.

    Grill at 400 degrees on direct heat for 3 minutes per side. Move to indirect heat and cook until the pork reaches internal temperature of 145 degrees (~10-15 minutes)

    While pork is cooking, preheat pan to medium high heat.
    Melt butter and sauté apples for 5 minutes until they start to brown. Turn heat down to medium and add all other ingredients and cook for 5-10 minutes.

    Top pork chops with chutney and enjoy!
