Gather all the ingredients.

Take the chicken tenderloins out of the package, squeeze half a lemon over them to add flavor, and sprinkle with a little ground white pepper and salt.

Fry the onion with 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan.

Add the cream, and as soon as it starts to boil, reduce the heat to medium. Add the chicken breasts, mint, more lemon, salt, and pepper (I accidentally dropped the pepper container into the pan, thought it would be too strong on the chicken, so I immediately removed and rinsed them), then add honey.

In total, it took 15 minutes. I tasted one before serving, and they are delicious with that spicy pepper touch, but the honey softens the heat. I was encouraged to try the sauce with cream, and they are very juicy and tasty. P.S.: In the photo, it's cranberry juice. Hope you like it.
