Just a stoned guy who has the munchies and a stocked pantry.Love to cook and grill. Tend to stick to one dish meals/casseroles/crocks/dutch ovens. Most my cooking is savory meat and potato foods as I dont have the best skill in baking & sweets. Also enjoy learning new techniques/methods/hacks!!I have many cookbooks, but never follow a recipe. I'll find a couple of appealing recipes, think of how to blend them and make a whole new dish.A fun hobby of mine is to clip/collect printed recipes from old magazines, product packaging, newspaper ads, etc.... Then combine it with my enjoyment for scrapbooking. Its a nice peaceful way to make a custom cookbook.** The right amount of anything in life is "too taste".
