I love sweetcorn and have had a purée with smoked chicken in a restaurant before. Inspired by a recipe by @cook_14623594 I’m experimenting with this sauce and thinking of ways to use it.

4 halfcobs of corn
Knobsalted butter

Cut the corn from the cobs and blitz in food processor.

Pass through a sieve then place in a small pan over a low medium heat and stir until thickened

Add a knob of butter, stir to combine
