    Season the halloumi cheese and fry it until it’s golden brown and crispy

    Cut the vegetables, wash the lentils and mix everything together

  3. 3

    Squeeze some lime juice, put some salt and pepper, pour some olive oil and mix in pumpkin seeds

  4. 4

    Serve with fried halloumi cheese
