Ingredients

  1. 8eggs
  2. 200 gmflour
  3. 200 gmpowdered sugar
  4. 1 & 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  5. 6 dropsVanilla essence
  6. 4 dropspineapple essence
  7. Yellow colour
  8. For syrup
  9. 3 tbspsugar
  10. 1 cupwater
  11. 3/4 cuppineapple syrup
  12. For icing
  13. 2 cupswhipping cream
  14. 150 gmPineapples
  15. Green colour

Cooking Instructions

    13 by 9 inches ki baking tray oil se grease karein butter paper lgaen again grease karein or side par rakh dein

    Maida or baking powder 3 baar Chan Lein or side par rakh dein

    Egg whites or yolks separate karein... Egg whites beat karein 3 se 4 minutes foamy honay tak phr 1.... 1 Kar k yolk add karein beat krty rhen...

    Ab thori thori powder sugar add karein or beat karein fluffy hony tak. phr vanilla essence, pineapple essence or yellow colour bhi add karein mix karein..

    Ab dry ingredients thori thori quantity me add karein or hath se mix karein.. phr 2 se 3 baar spatula se fold karein

    Baking tray me transfer karein.. 2 se 3 baar tap tap karein or 180 °C par pre heated oven me 25 se 30 minutes bake karein... Sponge ready hai...

    Cream whip karein

    Syrup bnany k liye... Water or sugar mix karein boil karein... Thanda karein phr is me pineapple juice add karein mix karein.. syrup ready hai

    Sponge center se cut karein... Half syrup se soak karein..cream apply karein.. pineapples add karein

  10. 10

    Second layer rakhen syrup se soak karein.. cream se cover karein

  11. 11

    Thori se cream me green colour add karein mix karein or is tarha apply karein phr knife se plane kar Lein

  12. 12

    Garam knife se 24 pastries cut karein paper par rakhty jaen.

  13. 13

    Ab pipping bag me white cream dalen or barik cut karein.. ek side par white cream lgaen or Chand tara bana lein

  14. 14

    5 to 6 hours fridge me chill karein or serve karein
