1red onion diced
1/2cucumber diced
8cherry tamatoes cut in half
1/2 blockof feta cheese
1handful of basil
1 tspof virgin olive oil
1 jarof black pitted olives
1/2sliced lettuce (optional)
1 pinchof salt
1 pinchof black pepper
1handful of washed rocket

wash and dice all vegetables

drain olives

slice feta cheese

arrange in a bowl and garnish with basil, olive oil, salt and pepper

serve with hot pitta bread or eat on its on as a salad :)
