First of all, add Rajgira flour, boiled and grated potatoes, ginger chili paste, and salt in a bowl and mix. Then add water as needed and make a dough like paratha.

Now knead the dough and roll the parathas on plastic paper with oil.

Put the parathas in a hot pan and roast both sides with oil.

So, Rajgira parathas are ready. Serve it with aloo Sabji or curd.
