Steps

Mix the flour and water well. Keep aside

Boil sugar in a pan (boil just to dissolve the sugar)

Add the flour mixture into the sugar syrup (fire should be in sim)

Keep stirring. Add cardamom powder and food colour. Keep mixing.

Add 2 tsp of ghee and stir well. Keep stirring until it become a thick paste. Spread ghee in a mould/pyrex square bowl.Pour the Halwa into the mould/tupperware/pyrex. Let it sit and cool completely. Cut and serve. Enjoy.
