1/2 tspred chilli powder
1/2 tspTurmeric powder

Peel and mash the potatoes.In the mashed aloo, mix all spices.

In one dough ball, add a spoonful of aloo masala

Fold it properly and roll like roti.

Then we have to roast the paratha both sides.

Your paratha is ready. Serve hot....
