Delicious and crispy fish cutlets which is a very nice starter / snacking and can be prepared quickly with fish and potato.
Serve this delicious cutlets with tomato dip and paired with Tea .

Steps

Marinade fish with salt + turmeric + cumin powder + coriander powder + red chilli powder and marinade for 15 - 20 minutes and then shallow fry 50 % - 60%.

Remove bones very gently from fish and keep aside. Don’t mash fish fully, keep it bit chunky.

Assemble ingredients, mash potatoes and finely chop coriander.

Assemble all other ingredients

Mix all gently and give shape of cutlets.

Coat each cutlets in bread crumbs and keep aside.

In moderately heated pan add oil, shallow fry cutlets under low to medium flame till golden brown, flip other side and fry till golden brown.

Cutlets are ready.

Sprinkle with Rock salt and serve.

Pair with tea / coffee and enjoy.
