Preheat oven to 180c, grease your baking tin.grind separately semolina and sugar.

Mix semolina,flour, baking powder, baking soda, a pinch of salt keep aside.

In another bowl mix milk, yoghurt, water, add powder sugar, stir till sugar is dissolved, add flour mixture and add oil mix, beat with electric beater at medium speed for 5 mins.

Add vanilla extract, small cardamom powder, tutti fruiti, chopped black current raisins and mix with hand, pour the batter into prepared tin.sprinkle tutti fruiti on top.

Bake for 40 mins or till the tooth pick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
