Custard black raisins cookies🍪 & Dalgona ☕ coffee

Custard cookies crisp, delicious and melt in mouth, it's a shortbread based cookies, dalgona coffee is combine with coffee, sugar and hot water, until it becomes creamy and topped with coffee powder, Cocoa powder etc.

Custard cookies crisp, delicious and melt in mouth, it's a shortbread based cookies, dalgona coffee is combine with coffee, sugar and hot water, until it becomes creamy and topped with coffee powder, Cocoa powder etc.
Steps

Preheat the oven at 180c, in the bowl, mix flour, custard powder, salt, baking powder keep aside.dust black current raisins with flour, keep aside.

In a bowl cream butter and sugar for 1 min, add vanilla extract and mix.

Add flour mixture and mix, make small balls the size of walnut, bake for 10 mins, transfer them on wire rack, let it cool down and serve.

Tip: you can omit black current raisins, but I made both with/ without black current raisins.

For dalgona coffee: combine coffee, sugar, hot water in a bowl, beat with electric beater at high speed until the ☕ coffee mixture forms a stiff peak for 5 mins.

Add little whipped coffee, pour hot milk, stir and scoop out the whipped coffee on top, sprinkle with cocoa powder, serve with 🍮 custard black raisins cookies/ plain 🍮 custard cookies.

Dalgona coffee cooking time: 5 mins and 1 min for serving.
