Steps

Wash your rice then parboil the rice for 20mins. add some hot water,bare leav and add salt then allow to cook.

Remove the garden egg leaves from the stalk and wash with whit vinegar and then cut it then boil for 10 mins and strain the water to reduce the bitterness.

Slice onions then grind some scotch bonnet and add oil saute them together then add seasoning.then add. heedah spice.

Then add in the garden egg leaves and mix very and then serve with the rice.
