Steps
- 1
Get the roast out of the fridge 15 min in advance at last
- 2
Boil water in a pan big enough to contain the roast and add it, then let it boil for 20 min.
- 3
In the meanwhile, cut the onions (or use frozen ones) and peel the garlic cloves. Put them in a oven dish.
- 4
When the meat has boiled, add it in the dish and pour in the boiling water.
- 5
Cook at low heat (150°C) for 3 hours.
- 6
After 1 hour and a half, turn it over so that the other side has a nice colour as well.
- 7
Serve it it green beans, chips, rice or pasta. It's so soft that you don't even need a knife to cut it.
