Ingredients

45 minutes
4 servings
  • 250 gramsspinach, blanch and pureed
  • 1Onion medium finely chopped
  • 5-6 clovesGarlic 🧄
  • 2Green chillies, finely chopped
  • 1Tomato medium, chopped
  • As required Spice powder
  • 200 gmsPaneer
  • 1 tspGaram masala powder
  • 1Lemon 🍋
  • 2 inchesLemon grass stick long finely chopped
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 1 tbspMustard oil

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a pan, add oil. When oil become hot add cumin seed than onion, garlic, lemon grass, green chilli and cook till onion become translucent.

  2. 2

    Add tomato and this stage and cook till tomato become pulpy.

  3. 3

    Add spice powder and saute for 2 min then add spinach puree and cook till oil begin to separate.

  4. 4

    Add garma masala, lemon juice and panner and simmer for 5 min.

  5. 5

    Serve hot
