Steps

Take a pan, add oil. When oil become hot add cumin seed than onion, garlic, lemon grass, green chilli and cook till onion become translucent.

Add tomato and this stage and cook till tomato become pulpy.

Add spice powder and saute for 2 min then add spinach puree and cook till oil begin to separate.

Add garma masala, lemon juice and panner and simmer for 5 min.

Serve hot
