Healthy Fish Quesadilla

Fish is an ingredient full of protein and most kids avoid fish , so to make them turn to eat fish is a great challenge.
So presenting FISH QUESADILLA which is a healthy and interesting way to feed kids who are fussy about fish.
This recipe is super yummy and kids love it to the core as fish is accompanied with veggies and egg which turns this recipe to be a super healthy recipe.
Have paired this super healthy dish with fresh Orange juice for a complete healthy treat.

Take Pabda / Catfish, marinade with slight salt + pepper powder and marinade for 10 minutes.

Fry fish to 50 % and allow to cool.

Remove bone very gently and keep aside.

In moderately heated pan add oil, add chopped onion + carrot + green chilli and sauté for few minutes under low to medium flame.

In moderately heated pan add oil, add chopped onion + carrot + green chilli + turmeric and sauté for 2-3 minutes, then add fish pieces / fillets and mix very gently by adding salt.
Keep aside. - 6
In a mixing bowl crack eggs, add salt + milk + pepper powder and whisk very well.

In moderately heated pan add oil, add whisked egg mixture and cook / scramble under low flame, scrambled eggs is ready.

Assemble other ingredients.

Take a plate / thali, place a roti and cut quarter part of roti.

First add 2 tbsp of the prepared fish filling on any one quarter, then apply tomato sauce and place cucumber slices and onion ring on second quarter.
Then add 2 tbsp scrambled egg on third quarter. - 11
Apply mayonnaise on fourth quarter and place cucumber slices + onion rings.

Now have to start wrapping, first start with the fish filling quarter where we have the cut the roti.
First wrap / cover vertically then horizontally and again vertically and finally all filling is covered. - 13
Now place tawa / pan on low flame, grease nicely and place wraps and toast for around 1 minute till it turns crisp and golden brown.

Flip and toast the other side for few seconds.

Healthy Fish Wraps is ready to serve.

Serve with fruit juice for a complete healthy snacking.
