Steps

Chop paneer in big pieces and sprinkle some salt and garlic paste and coat it well.

Make paste using all ingredients given above.

In a bowl add curd,malai,all masala powder, kasuri methi and ground paste mix it well. Now marinate the paneer with this mixture and keep aside.

Now fry paneer till golden,heat oil/ghee add cardmum,bay leaf,cloves, cinnamon, ginger paste, chilly saute it.

Add remaining mixture and cook till thickens add panee pieces combine all well.

Afgani paneer is ready to serve with roti, rice.
