Itis made in a pan , eat it with mix vegetable raita . It is a complete meal , in the sense , you would not like to have pickle or papad etc
Steps

Wash the rice properly, chop onions in large flakes, grind tomatoes.

Take a pan having lid, put 3 tablespoon desi ghee, on heating add bay leaves, cloves, cardamoms, and then zeera

Flame should be medium high

Add in onions, once it starts getting little brown then add degi mirch, carrots peas, stir it properly

Add haldi, dhaiya powder, stir ir and then add tomatoes, let it be cooked, you may have to add 1 tablespoon ghee in addition

Add water in it after tomato is cooked and bring it to boil
Once it starts boiling add 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder and 1/2 teaspoon green cardamom powder - 7
Once it starts boiling for another 2-3 minutes, add rice in it
Taste it for salt, now add green onion 2 tablespoon in it and cover the lidLower the flame to sim

After say 5to10 minutes you can stir it lightly so that rice should not get broken
Keep checking, once it is cooked, put tawa on the flame and then this pan on it
Let it be on simmer flame for 5/7 minutes and switch off the flame - 9
Once cooked, garnish it with 1 tablespoon ghee, chopped green onion, green coriander
