Heat oil in a wok. Add jeera, ginger garlic paste, and saute for 1min.

Add cauliflower and potato and mix well. add salt and turmeric powder.. Cover it with a lid and cook on slow flame till cooked.

Now add red chili powder and conditioner powder and cook for 2 minutes.

Add coriander leaves and mix well. Serve hot.
