In a bowl take tamarind liquid. Add salt, roasted jeera and methi powder, rasam powder, haldi, curry and coriander leaves. Add jaggery to it. Mix it well.

In a small pan heat ghee. Then add Rai, jeera, red chilies, and hing. Let it splatter.

Add the above seasoning to the spicy tamarind liquid.

Your raw tamarind rasam is ready to be served. No need of cooking.
