Wash and peel your apples. place them in a bowl of salty water for 3-4 minutes so they don't turn black.

Boil these apples in 2 glass water for 6-7 minutes til it's half done.

In other pan take sugar and add the 2 cups water left from boiling apples.

Add food colour and cardamom.

When the bubbles arrive add your apples

Add lemon juice and cook for 20-25 minutes.

Make sure that the syrup is sticky.

Cool it down and pour the syrup onto the apples in a bowl.
