Horse gram is source of many nutrients it is high in protein and fiber, good for diabetic patients,rich in antioxidants and has many more health benefits.
Steps

Wash and soak kulith overnight and cook till soft in a pressure cooker.

Roast coriander seeds, jeera, and red chilli in a spoonful of oil till it a nice aroma cool it and grind it to a coarse paste with part of the cooked kulich.

Transfer to Kadai add salt remaining kulith along with water, prepared masala, and boil for a few minutes.
- 4
Prepare tadka with oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, and red chilli add to kulith curry, and the curry is ready to serve with roti/rice.
