Ingredients

  • 1 Cupwheat flour
  • 3/4 Cupsugar
  • 1,1/2 cup milk
  • As RequiredBadam, pista coarsely ground & some pieces to garnish,
  • 2 Tablespoonsghee.or as require

Steps

  1. 1

    In kadai first, add 1 tsp. ghee & roast flour on low flame. Less ghee helps us to roast easily. Roast till getting an aroma & changes colour,

    Add sugar, milk, and ground dryfruits. Stir it & cook till thick. It takes 8-10 minutes. Add 2 tbsp. ghee. Mix well.
