Ingredients

  • 2big plantain
  • 1 table spoonyaji powder
  • 2table spoons hot vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoononion powder

    Slice the plantain to desired shape

  2. 2

    Preheat the vegetable oil and fry the plantain

  3. 3

    As the plantain fries, pour the yaji and onion powder in a deep bowl

  4. 4

    Now add 2 tablespoons of hot vegetable oil from the pan into the yaji mix

  5. 5

    Stir this and keep aside

  6. 6

    When the plantain is done frying, immediately use a sieve spoon to remove the plantain from the oil and pour the plantain into the yaji mix

  7. 7

    Quickly mix this together until the yaji is completely absorbed into the plantain

  8. 8

    Now enjoy! 😀
