Ingredients

4 servings
  • 200 gbeans 1 inch
  • 1.5carrots 1 inch
  • Peas
  • 1/2aloo roughly chopped
  • Tempering: 5-6 cubes fresh coconut, 3.5 chillies and jeera seeds
  • leavesCurry
  • 2-3 tbspyogurt
  • Optional: coconut oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Add a little water to tempering mix and blend. Set aside

  2. 2

    In a pot bring water to boil, add aloo. Season with salt 2 tsps. Cook for 5-7 mins

  3. 3

    Add beans and carrots and cook for 5 mins

  4. 4

    Add tempering mix. Turn off. Adjust salt.

  5. 5

    Add curry leaves, a spoon of coconut oil and let it cool

  6. 6

    Once cooled, add yogurt. Fin
