Add a little water to tempering mix and blend. Set aside

In a pot bring water to boil, add aloo. Season with salt 2 tsps. Cook for 5-7 mins

Add beans and carrots and cook for 5 mins

Add tempering mix. Turn off. Adjust salt.

Add curry leaves, a spoon of coconut oil and let it cool

Once cooled, add yogurt. Fin
