Wash soya chaap 3-4 times in water.Remove the stick.Cut into 1 inch pieces.

Take 1 lt.water in a pan,add salt and kashmiri red chilli and mix.Boil it.

Heat oil in a pan,fry all the soya chaap pieces on medium heat until golden brown and dip it into boiling water. Switch off the gas and leave it in the water for 10 min.Squeeze them and keep it in a bowl.

Sprinkle all the spices, kasoori methi and garlic ginger paste and mix it.

Grind cashew nut and Musk melon seeds with 1/4 th cup water.Mix this paste into soya chaap properly.Leave it for 20 min.

Take a grill pan,grease it with oil,place soya chaap and grill from all sides.

To serve -take 7 pieces of soya chaap, sprinkle fresh cream and melted butter over it.Enjoy the juicy, flavourful and creamy soya chaap.Taste will be just Divine!!
