Ran out of filling and had some ricotta cheese sitting around so this happened.

Mix salt and pepper with ricotta to taste. Get your wraps set one like a diamond on Wax/butter paper. Put 2 teaspoon towards bottom. Fold sides inwards then roll them up. Fry flap down. Fry in hot oil for 15-20 second per side. Move to paper towels to absorb excessive amounts of oil. Serve I hope you enjoy!!
