  • 4 th.spoonSugar
  • 9-10 threadsSaffron
  • 1/4 th cupApple - (peeled and cut into small pieces)
  • 10Pistachio - (finely chopped)

    For the sugar syrup- Boil 1/2 cup water,sugar and saffron for 3-4 min.Let it cool.

    Whisk curd in a bowl,add sugar mixture and mix.

    Take a kulhad,fill it with curd,top it with.apple, pistachio and some saffron threads.You will love it's taste!
