First, roast all the coconut until it becomes crisp and light golden in color on low to medium flame. Don't burn it.

Now coarsely grind coconut. Don't make powder. Keep aside coarsely crushed material. let it cool.

In the next step, we have to make sugar syrup. For this take a pan to add 3 cups sugar and 1.25 cups water and put it into medium to high flame to make a consistency of sugar syrup up to 3 strings.

Now take a big thali and grease it properly with Desi ghee. Now add all the ingredients into the sugar syrup mix well and mix a little fast so they don't become dry and then pour into your greased thali.

Now leave it to set properly and then cut it into pieces. Now ready to Serve for eating.
