Heat oil in a pan, then add chopped onion and saute it till it turns pink.

Then add carrot, capsicum, and cabbage and mix and cover, and cook for 3-4 minutes. Don't cook completely, crunch should be there.

Now add sauces and salt and black pepper powder and mix. Cook for a minute.

Then add cooked rice and mix.

Then add vinegar and mix.

Serve and enjoy.
