Saw this on Pinterest but tweeked it by using low fat dressing ingredients and added turkey bacon for additional protein. I have to say I'm quite happy with the results which doesn't always happen when you go low fat. It tastes even better the next day when the apples begin to extract. Enjoy!!

This was a great recipe I found at the yummly website but made some additions. I added chick peas, black olives sundried tomatoes and a bit of garlic powder. Very refreshing and filling! Will make again :-)
