Steps

Soak green moong, rice, and fenugreek seeds together for 5-6 hours or overnight.

Further, drain extra water and add in a grinding jar along with Cummin seeds, chili, black pepper, salt, coriander leaves and 2-4 tbsp water. Blend everything together until smooth paste. Add some more water if required. We need pouring consistency batter, not very thick or thin.

In a bowl add chopped onion, carrot, and coriander leaves, mix together and keep the veggies it ready.

Now heat dosa tawa, drizzle a few drops of oil, and wipe it nicely with a kitchen towel then splash some water on hot tawa.
And spread a ladle full of this batter on a hot tawa to make thin dosa. - 5
Now spread veggies and a few drops of oil over the dosa.
Once the dosa cook from one side, flip over and cook another side for a minute.
Dosa is ready. - 6
Serve this wholesome dosa with homemade spicy red chutney and coconut chutney. Enjoy 😊
