Ingredients

20 mins
4 servings
  • 25 gbutter
  • 1onion chopped
  • 3garlic cloves crushed
  • 300 grisotto rice
  • 1stock cube
  • 400 gcan tomatoes
  • 50 gparmesan or other cheese
  • Basil

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Heat oven to 180
    Melt butter and fry onion until softened
    Add garlic
    Tip in rice and mix

  2. 2

    Put stock cube in 700ml water

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes and stock to rice in an ovenproof dish with lid
    Season

  4. 4

    Put lid on
    Bake for 20 mins

  5. 5

    Add cheese
    Replace lid
    Leave to stand for 4 mins
