Steps

First, dry grind all these grinding items and keep them aside

Then in a pan add Gongura leaves and fry till it gets cooked. After this grind the Gongura leaves with all the masala items which we dry roasted before

After grinding, in a pan add oil, Jeera, red chilies, garlic, and green chili paste (fry till the garlic is cooked). Then add the grinding paste (fry for 5 mins)

Then your Gongura chutney is ready
