First, arrange the ingredients heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds to the crackle add onion+ and green chilli curry leaves ginger to saute till little brown.

Now add tomatoes and saute till the raw smell goes off.

Now add a grinder of fine coconut with cumin and a little mustard seeds add tomatoes add salt and cook for two minutes.

Now off the gas and cool down little add curd and check the salt and serve in a bowl.

Heat a little oil crackle dry red chilli and 4-5 curry leaves and garnish on ready tomato pachdiand enjoy with rice even its good with Parantha also.

1 also made beetroot thoran and beetroot pachdi.

Note:- Pachdi method is same but in thoran add coconut just crush not in fine paste enjoy with these two days of different meals.
