Delicious , popular dessert prepared with leftover Boondi Ghevar, Malai Rabdi , topping of Vanilla Ice cream and sprinkle with Kashmiri Gulab syrup and dry rose petals and dryfruits.
Steps

For making malai rabri(1 serving).. Add milk in cooking pan. Boil it on fast flame. Lower the flame after 2 boils. Collect malai formed on top on side of the pan. Do this process till little milk remain. Add sugar and collected malai to the remaining milk. Cook till sugar melts. Mix well.

Transfer it to the bowl. Garnish with chopped pistachio flakes. Chill in the refrigerator.

Scoop out Vanilla Ice cream from the ice cream container. Place in container. Drizzle 2 tbsp Kashmiri Gulab Syrup all over it. Keep in the freezer till the time of preparing desserts.

Boondi Ghevar.

To assemble. On the serving plate place the Boondi Ghevar piece. On it spread malai rabdi layer. Sprinkle chopped dryfruits, and dry rose petals.

On it place prepared chilled Vanilla Ice cream+ Kashmiri Gulab syrup.

On it now drizzle Kashmiri Gulab syrup all over. Sprinkle chopped dryfruits, and dry rose petals.

Serve /Relish Delicious Cool Boondi Ghevar Gulabo desserts immediately.
