In a pan heat water (as required for kneading) add sugar and let it be for a minute. In a bowl add in all-purpose flour, oil & cardamom powder and mix well. Now add in sweet water on room temperature and knead the dough.

Roll the dough about an half inch using rolling pin and mark criss cross using knife and using cookie cutter cut into desired shape and keep it aside.

Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan and start frying these on low medium flame.

Fry till golden brown & Once out of the pan sprinkle powdered sugar.

Our authentic delicious Sindhi gach are ready. You can store it upto a week in air tight container.
