Ingredients

  • 2 piecespatola, cut diagonal
  • stripsSome ginger
  • Halftsp fish sauce
  • 15 piecesshrimps

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix shrimp with a little salt, then stir fry. Remove.

  2. 2

    In same wok stir fry ginger until aromatic. Add in patola.

  3. 3

    Pour a little water and fish sauce. Mix then cover for five mins.

  4. 4

    Put back shrimp simmer abt a minute then remove from flame.
