Ingredients

Halfkg ribs
1 packchestnut
1 tspdark soy sauce
1 tspcooking wine
3 slicesginger
5garlic, pound it
1 tspsoy sauce
1star anise
1 cupwater

Steps

Boil water and blanch ribs to remove scums. Then wash again.

Heat pan with oil and sautee ginger, garlic and star anise.

Then add ribs and keep stir fry until golden brown. Add chestnut and all the sauce. Pour water and mix.

Cover and simmer until cook.
