Salt
Water
Oil
Chaat masala

Boil pasta for 8 minutes

Starin the pasta from water, don't rinse the water on it.

Dry on paper towel, or any absorbent paper

After dry, fry it in hot oil for 5 minutes. Take out from the oil and sprinkle some chaat masala.
