Wash and soak chickpeas in enough water for 6 to 8 hrs or overnight.

Pressure cook chickpeas by adding salt for 3 to 4 whistles. Let it cool down, drain extra water (keep aside) and transfer the boiled chickpeas to mixer grinder jar.

Add garlic cloves, white sesame seeds, olive oil and lemon juice to the jar. Add 1/2 cup drained water and grind it to thick smooth paste. Gradually add water if required to get thick smooth consistency paste. Transfer to the bowl and refrigerate till use.
