૪ વ્યક્તિ માટે
  • ૧૫ નંગ અળવીના પાત્રા
  • ૧ મોટો બાઉલ ચણાનો લોટ
  • ૪ ચમચી આંબલીનો પલ્પ
  • ૪ નંગ મરચા, લસણ
  • મીઠું તેલ અને રોજીંદા મસાલા
  • ગોળ બે ચમચી
  • વઘાર માટે રાઈ, જીરું તલ લીમડો

    સૌ પ્રથમ એક બાઉલમાં ચણાનો લોટ લો.

  2. 2

    આ લોટમાં મીઠું મરચું હળદર ધાણાજીરું તેલ અને લસણ મરચાની પેસ્ટ ગોળ નાખી. સરખી રીતે મિક્સ કરો.

    હવે આ બેટરને અડધી કલાક રાખો.

  4. 4

    હવે અળવીના પાનને સારી રીતે ધોઈ વધારાની નસો ચાકુથી કાઢો.

  5. 5

    આ પાનને ઉલટા રાખી તૈયાર કરેલું બેટર સરખી રીતે સ્પ્રેડ કરો. હવે તેનાં પર બીજું પાન મૂકો. તેનાં પર પણ બેટર સ્પેડ કરો.

    હવે તેને છેડેથી રોલ વાળતાં જાવ અને ગોળ રોલ તૈયાર કરો.

    ઢોકળિયામા પાણી નાખીને ગેસ પર મૂકો. હવે આ રીતે બધાં જ રોલ તૈયાર કરી તેને ત્રીસ મિનિટ માટે વરાળે બાફો.

    હવે આ બાફેલાં રોલના પીસ કરો. એક કડાઈમાં તેલ મૂકી તેમાં રાઈ જીરું તલ લીમડો હીંગ નાંખી બનાવેલ પાત્રાના પીસને વઘારો. તો તૈયાર છે અળવીના પાત્રા.
