Ingredients

  1. 8 cupsflour
  2. 2 tbspof grounded dry ginger
  3. 2 tbspgrounded pepper
  4. 3eggs
  5. 1/2of 250g of butter
  6. 4 cubeseasoning
  7. 1 tspsalt
  8. 1 tspcinnamon
  9. 1 tspnutmeg
  10. 3 tbspmilk (optional)
  11. 2-3 cupswater

Cooking Instructions

    Pour your flour in a bowl and add all your dry ingredients which are grounded pepper, grounded ginger,seasoning cube, salt,cinnamon, nutmeg and mix together

    Then get a small bowl add you egg and milk and whisk together then keep aside

    Put your butter inside your flour mixture and mix with your hand thoroughly then make a well and pour your egg mixture then mix them together and add your water gradually until you form a stiff soft dough and allow it to rest

    Then pour a little amount of flour on your working table then put your dough on it then cut it into 8 pieces

    Get 1 of the pieces and roll it flat and cut it into your desire shape when done with all the pieces pour it in a flat tray and sprinkle a little amount of flour on it the cut the next badge and pour it on the previous badge and repeat the process until you are through with all the badges

    Then fry them using the deep fry method

  7. 7

    Your crunchy ginger chin~chin is ready to serve with chill juice or hot tea

Please I need quantity of sugar for this recipe, it seems you left out sugar
