Pork & Soy Milk Miso Soup Pork & Soy Milk Miso Soup
Both my husband and I come home late from work, so we often rely on easy but nutritious soups. If you prepare a lot of salted pork and have it on hand, you can use it for many dishes.Make sure the soy milk is added right before you serve the soup or else it'll start to harden and lose its smooth texture. Leche frita Leche frita
#milkloveLeche Frita originated in Spain and is their most popular street food. The translation can be a bit puzzling because it translates directly to mean "fried milk." The "milk" is actually a deliciously sweet, firm, cold milk-pudding that is encased in a warm and crunchy fried shell of flour and egg.Note-When preparing the custard in the boiling process, the key is to constantly whisk the mixture and avoid bubbles as it begins to thicken. The most important part of this recipe is making sure that the mixture thickens enough to solidify in the fridge. If it doesn't, you won't be able to fry it without it falling apart. So plan ahead, take your time when heating it on the stove, and refrigerate it for as long as possible!Shashwatee Swagatica
